Douglas Schnabel

Prior to joining Guntin & Gust, Mr. Schnabel has had extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts for numerous clients.

He also worked for 10 years as an Advanced Project Engineer designing integrated circuits, computer integrated manufacturing software, and embedded vehicle software systems at Delphi Automotive Systems.  Mr. Schnabel’s engineering experience enables him to explore with inventors ways to broaden the scope of their inventions and increase the value of patent applications drafted from such inventions.

Mr. Schnabel  has prepared and prosecuted patent applications with the USPTO, and in foreign jurisdictions in areas such as semiconductors, digital and analog circuit designs, software, electro-mechanical designs, cellular and landline telephony, RF tuning and filtering, and other high technology applications.
