Andrew Gust

Starting your own firm isn’t something you do on a whim. Ed and I wanted to take each of our experiences – good and maybe not so good, and use them to create a unique IP law firm placing quality and the client experience at the forefront. I think we have done that. For instance, I am proud that drafts are reviewed by a partner before they are presented to inventors or in-house counsel. We want clients to have the confidence of knowing that a second set of eyes is reviewing matters. This is not only a great quality control practice, but it is also a wonderful mentoring tool for our attorneys.
